Battery Electromagnets

Gauss Magneti Battery Electromagnets are designed to work mainly on flat material but can also lift round material by means of centering plates placed at the two heads the lifter.

They are fed by the battery that is on magnet self and do not have any cable for the connection to the mains, which makes them completely independent. The battery charger is in a separate panel to avoid any damage cause from the possible shocks that can happen during the handling.

Battery Electromagnets can work on plates, milled plates, castings and forged steel with reduced roughness.

They are particularly useful in production areas, loading and unloading areas, for loading and unloading of machine tools and burning tables.

The capacity of the battery electromagnet is referred to the handling of low carbon steel with flat surfaces with low roughness, clean and with all the surface of the magnet in contact with the load. The capacity should be reduced in case of rust, high roughness, alloy steels and thin thicknesses.
