Gauss Magneti Vacuum Lifters are used in the transport of metal materials such as low-alloy steel sheets, tubes, aluminum sheets, brass, stainless steel, marble, glass and lumber.
Suction pads are available in single or multiple units for lifting and vertical tilting of plates, for universal use in storage and stowage operations. Vacuum lifters are particularly versatile for loading the pieces on machine tools, on burning tables, on shears, on bending machines and so on. With suitably shaped suction cups, they also handle frames and bodywork in the automotive or railway industry, or in the packaging of household appliances, furniture, etc., to place them in the appropriate packaging cartons.
The use of the lifter is very simple since it must only be powered by a three-phase electric line that runs the vacuum pump motor: the take and release control of the pieces to be handled can be done as needed, manually acting on a tap or with electro valves controlled by push buttons installed on the lifter self or on the pendant push button of the crane.
Vacuum lifters can also be used with electric forklift trucks directly powered by their own batteries, or with mobile crane or diesel engine fork lifter feeding them with a small independent generator set.
In addition, vacuum lifters are used in the handling of marble, glass, concrete prefabricated, refractory, etc.:
Vacuum lifters adapt themselves to many applications and allow considerable savings on labor costs and with less breakage or damages to the material handled.
